Clinton C. Berry, Jr., age 65,
has 32 years of experience in banking, trust operations, and asset
management. He was employed by Regions Bank from 1973 to 1998 in the
Trust Department where he ultimately served as Executive Vice President
of Regional Trust Administration, including oversight of all closely-held
businesses, farm and timberland management for the entire system.
From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Berry was a principal in Summit Development
Company, LLC and Dubose Construction Company, LLC.
John E. Steiner, CFA,
age 56, has 30 years of experience in banking, trust operations, and
asset management. From 1983-2000, he was employed by Regions Bank
in various capacities in the Trust Investments Division, and eventually
became Manager of Regions Growth Mutual Fund. Mr. Steiner was employed
by Quintus Asset Management, Inc. from 2000-2004, in charge of the
Montgomery office of this registered investment advisory firm. From
2004-2006, Mr. Steiner was employed by Stern, Agee Asset Management,
Inc. as a portfolio manager for brokerage and trust clients.
W. Barry Prim, age 46,
has 21 years experience in banking, trust operations, and asset management.
From 1990-1999, Mr. Prim worked on various trust officer and lender
positions with Regions Financial Corporation. He then worked as a
Vice President and Business Banker for AmSouth Bank. In addition,
Mr. Prim has two (2) years service in charitable administration. Following
this service, Mr. Prim worked as Senior Vice President, Chief Investment
Officer and Chief Operating Officer for the Trust Company of Sterne,
Agee & Leach before returning to Regions Financial Corporation
in 2003 where he most recently served as Senior Vice President and
Private Banking Sales Manager.
Mark C. Keith, age 54, has 31 years of banking experience, with 28 years of experience in trust and estate administration. From 1982-1989, he was employed with Citizens National Bank in Meridian, Mississippi. In 1989 he moved to Montgomery to work with Union Bank and Trust Company, where he stayed through Union's merger with Regions Bank until 2001. He then joined AmSouth Bank and served as Vice President and Senior Trust Specialist. He most recently served as Vice President and Senior Trust Specialist with the newly combined Regions Bank.
Adolph (Andy) Weil, III, age 56, has had a 30 year career of working in and co-managing a four generation family cotton business. Andy joined Weil Brothers Cotton, Inc. upon graduating from college in 1979 working in the various aspects of cotton merchandising; and eventually became President and COO beginning in 1996 until Weil Brothers closed its doors in 2009. The business operated in cotton producing and consumption markets worldwide. During his career in the cotton industry, Andy has served in a leadership capacity of regional and national cotton trade associations gaining experience and understanding of not only industry issues, but also the government programs at the Federal level. Additionally, Andy serves on the boards of several charitable organizations where he has also been involved at the leadership levels. Andy earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in 1979 as well as an MBA degree from the University of Alabama in 1987.
Cindy L. Phillips has over 23 years experience in a variety of capacities working in the banking field. She began her career in 1989 working for Regions Bank and worked there for 18 years before joining AlaTrust. In that span she served as a teller, a customer service representative and also a branch manager. Before joining AlaTrust she served as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology of Regions Bank.
